Sea foam salad
Ingredients/Components
- cream - 2 Tbsp
- softened cream cheese - 2 3
- heavy cream, whipped - 1 c
- lime Jell-O - 1 pkg
- large can pears, drained and mashed - 1 item
How to make sea foam salad:
Drain juice from pears and heat 1 cup juice to boiling. Pour over Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Cool. Mix cream cheese and 2 tablespoons cream until smooth. Add gelatin mixture and beat well until blended. Chill until partially thickened. Fold in pears and whipped cream.
