Ingredients/Components

• Jeremiah 6:20 sugar - 2 c
• Amos 4:5 baking powder - 2 tsp
• Judges 4:19 milk - 1/2 c
• Judges 5:25 butter - 1 c
• Nahum 3:12 figs - 2 c
• Isaiah 10:14 eggs - 6 item
• 1 Samuel 14:25 honey - 2 Tbsp
• 1 Samuel 30:12 raisins - 2 c
• pinch of Leviticus 2:13 salt
• 1 Kings 4:22 flour - 3 c
• Numbers 17:8 almonds - 2 c
• Chronicles 9:9 spices - 11 item

How to make scripture cake:

Cream butter with sugar. Chop figs and add to mixture. Beat eggs until frothy and add milk. Sift flour, salt and spices (to taste). Add alternately to creamed mixture with egg mixture. Beat well; add honey. Chop almonds and raisins. Add to mixture with remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until done.
