Scrambled egg casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 6 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mild pork sausage - 1 lb
How to make scrambled egg casserole:
Crumble and brown sausage. Drain and cool. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Add cubed bread and stir. Add cheese and sausage. Refrigerate in a 9 x 13-inch pan overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Ham can be used in place of sausage.
