- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour add 1/2 c
How to make scottish shortbread:
Preheat oven to 350°. Put all ingredients in a bowl. Butter must be at room temperature. Work with hands to form a ball (no crumbs). Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Prick with a fork.
