Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- Rice Krispies - 6 c
- peanut butter - 1 c
- white syrup - 1 c
How to make scotcheroos:
Cook sugar and white syrup in a 3-quart pan over moderate heat until mixture boils (no more). Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Mix in Rice Krispies. Press in buttered pan.Melt, over boiling water, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Spread over mixture. Cool and cut into squares.
