Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 oz
- beaten egg - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 2 oz
- hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- sausage meat - 12 oz
How to make scotch eggs:
Completely cover each egg with sausage meat. Roll first in flour, then egg, then butter crumbs. Shake off surplus crumbs. Deep-fry to a golden brown in moderately hot fat. Drain well. Serve hot or cold.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Beef, Pork.
