Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking powder
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- sweet schnitz sweet apples - 1/2 lb
- small ham butt - 1 item
How to make schnitz un knepp:
Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, melted butter and beaten egg. Using two spoons (spoons about the size of a large egg), put in broth. Cook 10 minutes uncovered, and 10 minutes covered.Recipe categories: Meat, German, Pork.
