Scalloped potatoes and ham
Ingredients/Components
- small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- can milk - 1/2 item
- can water - 1/2 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- or 7 medium potatoes - 6 item
- cut or cubed ham - 1 1
How to make scalloped potatoes and ham:
Peel and slice potatoes. Mix all together in a casserole dish. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes to 1 hour until potatoes are tender. When potatoes are tender, sprinkle 1/2 to 1 cup shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese on top (depending on size of casserole and how much cheese you like). May use less. Return casserole to oven until cheese starts to melt. Serve with warm buns and a green salad or coleslaw.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Low Carb.
