Scalloped potatoes and ham
Ingredients/Components
- frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 2 lbs
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- onion, chopped - 1 sm
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- soup can milk - 1 item
- sour cream optional - 1 c
- cooked ham, chopped - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 12 oz
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes and ham:
Cut both ends from can of corned beef hash. Slice and brown in skillet. Heat can of spinach and season. Make white sauce. Place spinach on dish and make a nest in center. Fill with white sauce and top with browned corned beef.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Low Carb.
