- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- soup can milk - 1 item
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 3/4
How to make scalloped potatoes:
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Saute onion until tender. Stir in potatoes and fry until golden brown. In a medium bowl, combine soup, milk, and Cheddar cheese; mix well. Put fried potatoes into a casserole dish and pour soup mixture over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated through.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
