- milk - 3 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onions - 1/2 c
- slices cheese - 4 item
- to 7 medium potatoes - 6 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Make white sauce out of butter, flour, milk, onions and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Pour sauce over sliced potatoes. Add pepper and bake for 45 minutes, covered. Uncover and put more cheese on top of potatoes. Cook until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
