Scalloped potatoes



  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • potatoes, sliced - 6 item
  • bacon, diced - 1 lb
  • cheese, diced - 1 item

How to make scalloped potatoes:

Line oven dish with potatoes. Spread cheese and bacon on potatoes. Dot butter evenly over. Pour milk, salt and pepper. Repeat layers until potatoes are used. End with bacon-cheese layer. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until tender.
