- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- thinly sliced potatoes - 8 c
- onions, sliced - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Layer potatoes and onions in casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes and onions. Bake at 375° for 1 hour and 15 minutes, uncovered.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
