Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- boiling water
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- dehydrated onion - 2 Tbsp
- nondairy creamer - 3/4 c
- medium-sized potatoes, pared and thinly sliced - 5 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Combine creamer, flour, salt paprika, pepper and onion. Arrange 1 cup of the potatoes in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole. Cover with 1/3 of creamer mixture; dot with 1/2 butter. Top with 2 more alternate layers of potatoes, nondairy mixture and butter. Pour boiling water over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 1 to 2 1/2 hours or until the potatoes are tender.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
