Scalloped potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- sliced potatoes - 6 c
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- thinly sliced carrots optional - 1/2 c
- diced ham optional - 1 c
- shredded cheese optional - 1/2 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- milk - 3 c
- seasoning salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Mix veggies, ham and cheese in baking pan. Make white sauce with remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. (Can shorten process by not cooking white sauce ingredients, simply mix well and pour over.) Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
