Scalloped potatoes



  • milk - 1 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • onion, minced - 1/2 item
  • cans Cheddar cheese soup - 2 item
  • bottle pimentos - 1 item

How to make scalloped potatoes:

Preheat oven to 350°. Thinly slice the potatoes (about 1/4-inch). Add to salted water and boil 5 minutes. Drain. In mixing bowl, whisk together the soups and milk. Add onions, pimentos and pepper to taste. Spray a 2 or 3-quart oblong casserole with nonstick spray. Put potatoes in bottom of casserole. Put all other ingredients on potatoes and top with cheese.
