Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- whipping cream - 2 c
- chopped parsley
- red bliss potatoes, unpeeled and sliced thin - 3 lb
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Heat cheese and cream in saucepan until cheese is melted. Arrange half the potatoes in buttered 9 x 13 x 2-inch glass pan, overlapping the potatoes. Pour half the cheese mixture over them. Arrange remaining potatoes and pour remainder of cheese over them. Bake at 400° until golden brown, approximately 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
