- milk
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- oleo
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 3 item
- large chopped onion - 1 item
- grated cheese or Cheez Whiz - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Slice potatoes thin; make a white sauce with oleo, flour and milk. Layer with potatoes, onion and white sauce. Repeat. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°. Uncover and brown grated cheese or Cheez Whiz may be added to white sauce for cheese flavor.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
