Scalloped potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- thinly sliced onions - 1 c
- thinly sliced peeled potatoes - 4 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Toss first 6 ingredients together until potatoes are coated. Put in greased, shallow 2-quart baking dish. Scald milk and pour over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Mix crumbs and butter. Remove foil and sprinkle potatoes with crumb mixture. Bake 30 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
