Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- to 10 medium potatoes - 7 item
- block Velveeta cheese, chopped into small chunks - 1/3 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Peel potatoes and slice into thin pieces. Cook potatoes until semi-tender. Mix milk, onions and soup in a bowl. Layer potatoes, soup mixture, cheese and butter in a 2-quart casserole dish.Make cheese the last layer on top. Bake at 20 to 25 minutes at 375°.
