- layer thin sliced potatoes - 1 item
- layer onion, sliced - 1 item
- layer ham, sliced and chopped - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Place layers in Pyrex or Corning Ware dish until your dish is almost full. Just keep layering it. Add salt and pepper. Add 1/2 to 1 cup milk. Bake in oven at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Add sliced cheese. Cover top while still hot with cheese. Cook covered.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
