Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 1/2
- saltine crackers, crushed - 8 item
- large peeled potatoes, cubed - 3 item
- 1/2-inch chunk Velveeta, cut into small chunks - 1 item
- milk enough to barely cover potatoes - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Stir all together in a 2 1/2-quart ovensafe bowl. (Bowl should only be 3/4 full, so that potatoes don't boil over while baking.) Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Will be brown on top.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
