Ingredients/Components
- medium potatoes - 8 item
- salt/pepper to taste - 1 item
- tbsp flour - 2 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
8 medium potatoes peeled and sliced thin. Put into greased 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 tbsp flour. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Pour 2 small cartons whipping cream over potatoes. If this doesn't cover them add Half and half to cover. Bake 350° 1 hour or until done and thick.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
