- sugar - 2 c
- milk - 2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- 2 can crushed pineapple and juice
- margarine 1 1/2 sticks - 3/4 c
- fresh bread crumbs, crust removed about 10 slices - 1 qt
How to make scalloped pineapple:
Cream sugar and margarine; add eggs, milk, pineapple and bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly. Pour in a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Bake immediately after mixing.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drinks, Non Alcoholic.
