Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 35 item
- flour plain - 1/2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- cans chunk pineapple, drained - 2 item
How to make scalloped pineapple:
Combine enough pineapple juice with sugar and flour to make a paste. Add pineapple chunks. Put in buttered dish. Mix margarine and crackers together and put on top of pineapple mixture.
