  • sugar
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • whole eggs - 4 item
  • white bread cubes
  • homogenized milk
  • margarine 2 sticks

How to make scalloped pineapple:

Cream margarine with sugar. Beat in the eggs; fold in milk, bread cubes and pineapple. Stir well. Spray 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish with Pam or other spray. Pour mixture into baking dish.

Preheat oven to 350°. Bake approximately 1 hour. Good served warm.

Note: Don't pack bread down in measuring cup. Measure loose (approximately 16 slices of bread, cubed and cut off crust). I use electric knife to trim crust and cube bread.
