Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- 2 1/2 can crushed pineapple
- bread cubes use fresh bread - 1 qt
How to make scalloped pineapple:
Cream butter and sugar at high speed with mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, and continue to cream. Put mixer on low speed and add crushed pineapple. Fold in by hand 1-quart bread cubes. Bake in foil-lined pan or dish for 1 hour at 375°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drinks, Non Alcoholic.
