Scalloped oysters



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- cream - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- sherry - 3 Tbsp
- oyster liquid - 1/4 c
- toasted croutons - 2 c
- drained oysters - 3 doz
How to make scalloped oysters:
Combine oyster liquid, butter, salt, pepper, cream and sherry.In a buttered casserole, alternately place layers of croutons, oysters, croutons, oysters, croutons. Pour oyster liquid mixture over layers. Bake 30 minutes at 425°.
