Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make scalloped corn:
Saute onion and green pepper in butter in a saucepan. Cook until tender. Add creamed corn, beaten eggs, salt, sugar, milk and flour. Pour into greased casserole. Top with crumbs. Set casserole in shallow pan of water. Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
