Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • butter or margarine - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1 item
  • can cream-style corn - 1 oz
  • seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 c

How to make scalloped corn:

Saute onion and green pepper in butter in a saucepan. Cook until tender. Add creamed corn, beaten eggs, salt, sugar, milk and flour. Pour into greased casserole. Top with crumbs. Set casserole in shallow pan of water. Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour.
