- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- grated cheese - 2/3 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- minced onion if desired - 1/8 c
- or 2 cans cream-style corn - 1 item
How to make scalloped corn:
Beat eggs. Add milk and combine with remaining ingredients. Put into casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
