  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped celery - 1/4 c
  • grated cheese - 2/3 c
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • minced onion if desired - 1/8 c
  • or 2 cans cream-style corn - 1 item

How to make scalloped corn:

Beat eggs. Add milk and combine with remaining ingredients. Put into casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
