Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- little pepper - 1 item
- margarine for top - 2 Tbsp
How to make scalloped corn:
In a large frypan cook onion in margarine until golden. Remove from heat. Quickly stir in flour. Add all other ingredients. Pour into greased bowl. Sprinkle more cracker crumbs on top. Dab with margarine. Bake at 350° for approximately 35 minutes or until center seems done.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
