- sour cream - 1 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn undrained - 1 oz
- stick margarine or butter - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
- small box corn muffin mix Jiffy mix size - 1 item
How to make scalloped corn:
Melt margarine. Add sour cream, egg, corns and muffin mix. Put into casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
