- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- canned creamed corn - 2 c
- cracker or bread crumbs Ritz or Hi Ho best - 2/3 c
How to make scalloped corn:
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat eggs and add milk and crumbs. Add corn, onion, seasoning and melted butter. Mix well and pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
