Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 3/4
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- small onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- 2 can whole kernel or cream-style corn
How to make scalloped corn:
Combine whole kernel corn and 3/4 cup milk or cream-style corn and 1/2 cup milk. Add crumbs, onion and seasonings. Pour into greased 1-quart casserole. Dot with butter. Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
