Scalloped chicken
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 item
- fine bread crumbs - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chicken stock - 1 c
How to make scalloped chicken:
Cook chicken until tender. Remove bones. Place a layer of crumbs in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Add half of the chicken. Cover with another layer of crumbs; pour chicken stock over this mixture. Add remainder of chicken. Pour undiluted mushroom soup over entire mixture. Top with remaining crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Turkey.
