Savory salmon loaf
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- sage - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 2 tsp
- parsley, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- buttered bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- can salmon, flaked - 1 lb
How to make savory salmon loaf:
Combine ingredients in order given. Pack firmly into buttered loaf pan and bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes. We have used this recipe for years. It came from my mother and is delicious with baked potatoes and vegetables of your choice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
