- water
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- carrots - 6 item
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- pot roast - 3 to
- pouch onion soup - 1 item
How to make savory pot roast:
Cook roast until browned on all sides; spoon off fat. Stir in mushroom soup, onion soup mix and 1 cup water. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 2 hours or until meat is tender. Add vegetables. Cover and cook 40 minutes or until roast and vegetables are tender. Remove roast and vegetables. Cook sauce until it thickens.
