Savory meat loaf

Ingredients/Components

• salt
• egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
• pepper - 1/4 tsp
• clove garlic, minced - 1 item
• sage - 1/4 tsp
• prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
• ground meat - 1 lb
• small onion, chopped - 1 item
• tomato juice
• chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
• uncooked Cream of Wheat - 1/2 c

How to make savory meat loaf:

Combine meat, Cream of Wheat, egg, onion, pepper and all seasonings. Add 1 cup tomato juice. Mix together lightly. Pack in greased baking dish. Bake at 350°, basting with remaining liquid. Cook 45 minutes to one hour, depending on the thickness of the loaf.
