Sausage stuffing

Ingredients/Components

• tsp pepper - 1/2 item
• tsp dried thyme - 1 item
• C soft bread crumbs - 8 item
• C finely chopped onion - 3/4 item
• lb bulk pork sausage, browned and crumbled - 1 item
• 1/2 C chopped celery - 1 item
• C margarine substitute sausage drippings for part - 1 item
• 1/2 tsp dried sage - 1 item

How to make sausage stuffing:

Cook and stir onion and celery in margarine in 10 inch skillet until onion is tender. Stir in about 1/3 of the bread cubes. Turn into deep bowl. Add remaining ingredients, toss. Stuff turkey just before roasting.
