Ingredients/Components
- medium onion, finely chopped - 1/2 item
- Salt and pepper, to taste - 1 item
- ribs celery, thinly sliced - 2 item
- mild or sage pork sausage - 16 oz
- Cup chopped parsley - 1/2 item
- 8 ounce package herb stuffing mix - 1 item
How to make sausage stuffing:
Over medium heat, fry together sausage, onion and celery until pork is browned and celery is tender. Stir in parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Prepare stuffing mix as directed. Blend together stuffing and sausage mixtures.Yields 8 servings.
