Ingredients/Components

• milk - 2/3 c
• salt
• egg, beaten - 1 item
• mayonnaise - 1/4 c
• onion, chopped - 1/2 c
• Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/4 c
• parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
• Swiss cheese, grated - 1/2 c
• sausage, pork hot or regular - 1 lb
• liquid hot pepper sauce do not use if hot sausage is used - 1/4 tsp
• buttermilk pancake mix or biscuit mix - 2 c

How to make sausage squares:

Cook sausage and onion over low heat until meat is browned. Drain. Add cheese, egg, liquid hot pepper sauce, salt and parsley. Make a dough by mixing the biscuit mix with the milk and mayonnaise. This makes a sticky dough. Spread half of the
