Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1 item
- Bisquick - 2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- egg yolk - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- chopped parsley
- Tabasco sauce - 1/4 tsp
- hot sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage squares:
Brown sausage and onion in skillet over low heat, stirring until crumbly. Drain sausage well. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Mix Bisquick, milk and mayonnaise in bowl. Spread half the dough over bottom of greased 8-inch baking pan and then spread the mix of sausage over the dough. Spread the last dough and brush with beaten egg yolk.
