Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Swiss cheese - 1 c
- sharp cheese - 1 c
- hard-cooked eggs - 4 item
- sausage, cooked and drained - 8 oz
How to make sausage quiche:
Bake pie shell for 7 minutes in 350° oven. Line bottom of shell with hard-cooked eggs, sausage and cheeses. Combine beaten eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over all. Cook for 35 minutes or until set at 350°. Let set for 10 minutes before cutting.Recipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Pork.
