Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- sausage, crumbled - 1 lb
How to make sausage quiche:
Brown sausage. Drain. Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Sprinkle with cheese. In separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, Bisquick, onion, salt and pepper. Beat and pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Pork.
