Sausage potato soup
Ingredients/Components

- water
- chopped parsley - 3 Tbsp
- medium onions, sliced - 2 item
- bulk pork sausage - 1 lb
- potatoes, uncooked - 5 c
How to make sausage potato soup:
Brown sausage, stirring to crumble. Drain and set aside. Combine potatoes, onion, water and salt in a large Dutch oven. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 25 minutes.
