Sausage pasta soup
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 oz
- Italian sausage - 1 lb
- can beef broth - 1 oz
- uncooked curly pasta
How to make sausage pasta soup:
Remove sausage from casing. Brown sausage and onion in a Dutch oven. Drain off excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, broth and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add pasta; simmer 15 minutes more until pasta is tender. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Pork sausage.
