Sausage jambalaya



  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • sliced celery - 1/2 c
  • rice - 1 c
  • can tomatoes - 1 oz
  • smoked sausage - 1 lb
  • drops hot pepper sauce - 4 item

How to make sausage jambalaya:

Cook rice and 2 cups water. Heat skillet to medium hot. Add sausage, onions, green peppers and celery. Saute until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes to pepper and meat mixture. Then mix in rice. Heat, stirring, until all is hot. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
