  • eggs - 9 item
  • milk - 3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 c
  • bulk sausage - 1 lb
  • slices bread crust and all, cubed - 6 item

How to make sausage egg casserole:

Brown sausage; drain. Add all but milk and eggs. Beat milk and eggs together.

Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Pour dry ingredients into dish, then pur milk egg mixture on top. Let set overnight in refrigerator, covered.

Bake, covered, 45 minutes at 350°, then 15 minutes at 325°, uncovered.
