Sausage egg casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 9 item
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1 c
- bulk sausage - 1 lb
- slices bread crust and all, cubed - 6 item
How to make sausage egg casserole:
Brown sausage; drain. Add all but milk and eggs. Beat milk and eggs together.Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Pour dry ingredients into dish, then pur milk egg mixture on top. Let set overnight in refrigerator, covered.
Bake, covered, 45 minutes at 350°, then 15 minutes at 325°, uncovered.
