Sausage dip
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- bulk sausage mild, can use hot - 1 lb
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes original or hot - 1 item
How to make sausage dip:
Cook sausage in pan, breaking it up with fork as it cooks. Drain. (This can be done ahead and frozen in a Ziploc bag. Then when you need it you can defrost and add other ingredients.)Heat all ingredients, mixing them together. (I use small crock-pot.) Keep hot to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
