  • Bisquick - 3 c
  • sharp cheese, grated
  • hot sausage - 1 lb

How to make sausage cheese balls:

Mix ingredients together. Form into 1-inch diameter balls. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Makes about 150 small balls.

Tip: These may be frozen before baking and baked without thawing at the time they are to be used. Or they may be baked, frozen and reheated at serving time. Yield: 150 small balls or 75 medium balls. Great for a party snack.
